Shipping Policy

At Blind Smart, we are committed to delivering your custom window coverings in perfect condition. Because each order is custom-manufactured to your precise measurements, our shipping process includes dedicated time for fabrication and quality inspection.

1. Order Cut-off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Processing & Handling Time (Custom Fabrication)

Handling Time: 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday).

During this period, your blinds, shades, or shutters are custom-cut, assembled, and undergo a rigorous quality check before being packaged for shipment.

3. Transit Time & Shipping

Once your order leaves our facility, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Transit Time: 5 – 8 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 – 13 business days.

We partner with trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure your custom products arrive safely.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders within the United States.
  • No Hidden Fees: There are no additional shipping costs or minimum purchase requirements.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier's system to update with the latest status.

6. Delivery Areas

We ship to all residential and commercial addresses within the United States. Note: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the size and weight of our custom window treatments.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage with photos before opening and contact us at support@blindsmartofyuma.com within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your product is replaced if necessary.

8. Address Corrections

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout (and matches your PayPal confirmed address). If you need to make a correction, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an item has shipped, we cannot redirect the package.
